Medical Assisting and Medical Office Administration Program | Location: Erie, PA
Tri-State Business Institute a leading provider of post secondary career training in Erie, PA is looking for an organized, experienced, and certified Medical Assistant to join our management team as the Program Director for the Medical Assisting and Medical Office Administration programs.
This position is primarily responsible for facilitating instructional material and the supervision of Medical Assisting and Medical Office Administration instructors and students, ensuring high levels of student and faculty satisfaction and excellent student retention, and participating as a key member of the institution’s management team. This individual must be skilled in interpersonal oral and written communications and have the ability to provide effective direction and leadership while working collaboratively with others. The Program Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, accrediting agency, and corporate standards and regulations. The Program Director is responsible for the instructional medical lab equipment, supplies, textbooks and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Current CMA or RMA certification, or eligiblity to obtain credential immediately

• Teaching experience preferred
• Medical Coding knowledge/experience a plus
